Day 4 fanciful February 4/2 £1 to me

My CHALLENGE to me

Less than 1300 calories per day (1200 is my bottom limit but that can be a wee bit tight some days with just 3 square meals)
At least 30 mins exercise (bike or video on rainy days, walking when dry)
Not more than one sweetie per day
30 mins Me time

A bit close on the calories today but just below 1300
30 mins on bike
No sweeties
Evening of me time sewing.

Today was a bit rough with Anne to many dizzies but appointment with nurse shows Bp okay. Just need to keep an eye on her
