back to oatmeal

The last time I had any success with weight loss, I had oatmeal every day for breakfast. I'm going to go back to that. Two days in a row now and I can't understand why I ever stopped having it as my breakfast.

    I have oatmeal sometimes but mostly it's cottage cheese and yogurt for breakfast 😋

    I used to eat it everyday as well when I lost weight then I kept hearing skip breakfast so I did....I wish they would make up there minds on this subject.
