Should or Shouldn't

Super bowl weekend and the conversation is on whether on should or shouldn't eat super bowl snacks, fried foods, pizza, chips dips, etc.
Over 4 years I've been on my weight loss journey. I had to yo yo dieting for years. At 289 pounds I told myself I had to change all my unhealthy habits. I did and it was slow but I ate healthy normal foods and control my portions. Now at 206 pounds, I still eat a normal portion control diet. Today I will eat what I call junk food today at my super bowl party. I'll have pizza, chips, dip, etc and enjoy the game.
I don't focus on what I should or shouldn't eat, there are no bad foods and restrictive dieting in the past set me up for failure. So today I will eat normally some snacks and pizza oh and a cocktail, I'll maintain portion control enjoy the friendship and the super bowl too.
Tommorow is a new day.
