Week 3 Summary Winter 2020 5% Challenge

My weekly goals:
1. Jog outdoors 3 times.
2. Run/jog on the treadmill once.
3. Swim, row, or bike for cross training once.
4. Do Essentrics/Classical stretch videos at least twice.
5. Log in daily to report fitness miles and LTGL points. 4 out of 7
I'm resisting all goals relating to food logs.
6. Weekly Steps: 76,906
The house guests have left, and I'm master of my time, so I should see an improvement in Week 4.
