Are You Ready??

The Biggest Loser Challenge Spring session is coming up soon! I would love to have you join us!
Since coming back to SparkPeople a few months ago, I've joined 2 challenges - the BLC and the 5% Challenges. It was the best idea! I'm not very competitive, so I stick with the low-pressure teams and it's been wonderful. Friendship, encouragement, motivation, FUN, support, accountability, and so much more. I've lost weight and it almost feels like I haven't even been trying. There are weekly team goals and daily goals that are so doable that it keeps me from getting overwhelmed by the Big Picture, and allows me to reach my goals with a lot less stress. I'm an introvert, so in "Real Life" I tend to go it alone. I am amazed at how big a difference being part of a team has made - even when I don't participate as much as I could. (Although once I started plugging in to the team, my results improved a lot!!)

Ten teams participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.
