215.4 Feb Goals and stack the deck so that I can reach them

Struck out on every day in January. So 24/29 in Feb. working out at gym or 10000 steps.
Did hit a home run with getting to senior workouts with SS crowd in Jan!
Struck out in Jan on 0 booze, but cut it down considerably. 40 beers in 29 days
Weight struck out in Jan. 215.4 will cut down to 211.0 By March 1.
Will track food in SP once a week. and no eating after 8 PM.
Will do weekly goals! In each category.
