Hello my Spark Friends just wanted to make a blog on here and say hi. Its Febuary st and im wanting to still make this year a new start with my heatlh. I woke up this morning my bloodsugar being 14.0 and i want it to be better. Im working to making it better. Keep you posted. Had a healthy breakfast. And planning on walking to work 👌👍 Keep you posted. And i am planning on going hard core with my exercise this month. Keep you posted. I read people who walk or do exercise a hour a day youll loose a pound of weight a week. So im planning doing that splitting up my exercise a hour a day and see what happens. Keep you posted. And checking my blood more and giving myself insulin everytime after i check my blood. Who believes though if insulin increases weight? I also want to start meal prepping? Who likes frozen meals here? I also started watching these youtubers to about weight loss to give me inspiration Keep sparking everyone. Have a great day
