Had a decent work out at Golds tough work out. My buddy and I walked up the hill from Blue Marsh launch. Quite a walk. Tomorrow begins a new month struck out with several goals. 214.7 pounds. But did work out 24 /30 days. I had walked up that hill before my DOC suggested it. I ran into him doing it once, so he practices what he preaches.
I will set monthly goals for Feb. and stack the deck so I can reach them.
