Week 2 Summary Winter 2020 5% Challenge

My weekly goals:
1. Jog outdoors 3 times.
2. Run/jog on the treadmill once.
3. Swim, row, or bike for cross training once.
4. Do Essentrics/Classical stretch videos at least twice.
5. Log in daily to report fitness miles and LTGL points. 5 out of 7 days (I just can't bear trying to figure out all the food entries, especially when my unexpected house guests arrived, and wanted to dine out. That's an explanation, not an excuse.)
Also, since I'm keeping track of non-Fitbit steps, my weekly total was 72,864 steps. I am content with that since I often take off my Polar430 to charge it, or sync it with my phone.
