What time are you lying down to go to sleep? 12:00, I had a rough night
What, if any, was your bedtime routine? Took Hazel to Awana, brought her over to my mom's and put her to bed, came home and watched Jane the Virgin with Corey
What were the last food(s) you consumed tonight? (Include type, amount, and time you ate.) high protein gelatin around 4:30 pm
Did you exercise today? (Include the type, duration, and time of day if you exercised.) yes, 45 minutes of yoga and weight training
Did you consume any alcoholic beverages today? (Include type, number, and time of day.) no
Did you consume any caffeinated drinks or foods today? (Include type, number, and time of day.) yes, 2 cups of my morning coffee with coconut oil and cinnamon
Did you take any medications (prescription and/or over-the-counter) today? (Include type, amount, and time of day.) my usual: a prenatal, 2-10,000 iu Vitamin D capsules, biotin, cinnamon, and metformin

What types of stressors did you encounter today, and what types do you expect to encounter tomorrow? none really. I had a good day
How hungry did you feel today? (1- Not hungry, 2- Normal hunger, 3- Strong hunger, 4- Extreme hunger) 1-not very, I'm pretty used to my diet by now
How awake did you feel today? (1- Exhausted, 2- Somewhat tired, 3- Fairly alert, 4- Wide awake) 4--The exercise has been making my sleep more restful
How irritable did you feel today? (1- Calm, 2- Slightly annoyed, 3- Moderately irritable, 4- Highly irritable) 1-weigh in day is today!
