I need to do more of lots of things:
Exercise of some sort - Yes 75 minutes!!!
Listen to my audible book - yes
Manage my food. Will be tougher today as going to a restaurant tonight with no nutritional value available. I went over a little probably, but still did well. Especially considering how bad my stomach was growling through the day.
Get in some more veggies - Not great, but OK. I ate a vegetarian taco and it was pretty darned good. And some mango salsa.
Discuss wedding plans with my daughter. Because OMG it's coming up fast. - Failed big time
