Unexpected Motivation

Today I had an okay day but my eating was rapid! I don't know what got in to me, but I'm ending the day around 1850 cals, which for me, is quite a bit more than usual. I spent a lot of the day packing and sorting though stuff, getting ready for the big move. (I don't want to be overwhelmed next weekend) So anyway, I'm going through all my clothes, deciding what to keep and what to get rid of. At the bottom of my drawer, I found my old belt. Just for kicks, I decided to see how much I have lost since I was my heaviest. I was so shocked when I put it around me! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! Today I was feeling kinda yucky for eating so much and the second I saw that belt on me, I had instant motivation. After seeing that, I popped in my hardest exercise DVD and did a solid hour of workouts. Unexpected, but very much enjoyed!!

Just wanted to share my happy feelings!! I hope whoever reads this realizes that I am proof IT IS POSSIBLE! At the start of this journey I couldn't run more than 1 lap around the track without being completely winded!!! If you work hard enough, you'll reach all your goals!!
