Well, I really enjoy walnuts in my oatmeal. This morning I some "grounded up" walnuts I put in my steel cut oatmeal. I only put in 15 grams, or 1/2 serving. I really like the way I get a lot of walnut taste throughout the oats as well as enjoyable flavor with just 0.125 cup.
This grinding technique to intensify the flavor might be obvious to most people, but it was a big "aha" moment for me so I thought I would share.
