Eating when work schedule is different than most.

I work from 3 pm to 3 am Sunday thru Friday. I was having a hard time figuring out an eating schedule because my hours integrate 2 days into 1, so I had to rethink what my 24 hour day was, My morning starts around 11 am. so this is my breakfast time. 3 pm I start work so I have a quick snack around this time. 5 pm is my lunch, although work says it's 7 pm. at this time I have another snack and have super at 9 pm. 11 pm and 1 am are like my night time so I just have more light snacks. What I have been doing is making up my menu first thing in my morning and then trying to stretch it out into 5 or 6 smaller meals eating something ever two hours. So far this seems to be working although it is confessing. I no longer eat after 1 am but wake up staving. I may have to tweak this again but I will figure it out.
