Our muscles are the most versatile tool for staying young. They have the ability to remain strong and flexible well into old age. If we use our muscles, they stay strong, and we feel and move better. Our body systems function better when our muscles are strong.
Also, with strong muscles:
We feel less pain
We have better circulation.
Blood sugar levels and cholesterol levels are lower.
We have more energy
We enjoy better focus, stronger memory, and our thinking is sharper.
We grow more brain cells and more oxygen circulates through our body.
The risk of chronic diseases like Diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, and high blood pressure are lower.
We become more mobile.
We can more easily maintain a healthy weight and toned physique.
