I ate healthy today for the most part but went over the top of my calorie range. I had a smoothie this AM w/ an extra fruit, then 1 beer w/ lunch @ Olive Garden. Eggplant parmesan comes w/ a small portion of spaghetti which I ate plus 2 bowls of soup (ravioli & minestrone) & split dessert w/ hubby, a lemon cream cake.
Decided tonite that I was going to have a fruit salad & realized I had forgotten 1 breadstick cuz I usually don't eat those but we sampled a new spicy marinara sauce.
Not going to beat myself up over it. I looked back & am going over limit about once a week. Okay while I maintain, not good for when I get back on program after the move.
I did have a really good workout at PT today so I hope that will help offset some of the eating.
I think my head is playing tricks on me tho. I must acknowledge that I can have alcohol or dessert or a big meal, but not all of them on the same day unless I pre-plan & portion.
I'm already working on tomorrow's food plan as we go out for Mexican food on Fridays @ our regular local place. I looked back a couple weeks & found something to copy but leaving out another item that day.
I want to end this week on a positive note.
