so small

Wednesday, January 22, 2020

I accidentally clicked tab closed and lost my blog yesterday and didn't feel like doing it again. Thought I could see a baby muscle and took pictures but didn't show in picture but my bat wing sure did. I asked today how soon before could see a muscle and instructor said 4 to 6 weeks and it has only been 2 weeks so far. I will continue taking pictures and maybe one month soon it will be seen.
Rainy day today so son got a ride to school. Son didn't stay for the club after school and his girlfriend got mad because she was to come over. He still isn't feeling good but said better than yesterday. Glad I didn't have to get out again in cold and wet even if cold is mid 40s and wet is just a sprinkle.
Had made some red beans and brown rice Monday but it wasn't very good so today I heated some and added a Lean Cuisine so it was much better. Have a big pot so will need to eat a little at a time with some added flavor.
Time to watch some more movies. I finally got the warnings off the ones at the end but still not much free space. Not sure how many were erased as new ones recorded Sunday but it is fine. Won't miss what I don't even remember.
Have a good night and great end of the week.

Whether you share your photos or not, it's still a good way to track your progress. It's hard to see those types of changes when they happen slowly. So sorry that DS is ill. He seems to have the ickies that he just can't get rid of. Hope he feels better soon. emoticon emoticon
