Today I had to call the water department because I never got my quarterly bill. It turns out they got it back from the post office to return to sender! I have lived here since 1984 and never had a problem. They have had the bill there in the office(it is about a mile from here) and never bothered to tell me or drop it by.. Nice. They should be leaving it on a door hanger soon.

I then had to bond with the humana pharmacist. I ordered three meds two weeks ago and they just shipped them out yesterday. They are only coming from Ohio, so should be here soon. I was not happy. My premium has doubled for this year, so I expect them to keep at least a modicum of the same service I used to get.

    Service is a thing of the pass. And they said that the computers were suppose to be so much more efficant, well I haven't seen ir yet.

    Tell me about the (lack of) service! I have my scripts on autofill. My Medicare requires 90 day supplies of the 2 meds I'm on. Well, I HATE that, because my dose changes sometimes then I'm stuck w/the pills. Talked to the pharmacist and he is going to look into things and see what ca be done. Normally I wouldn't mind, but when the dose changes, that is a problem.

    YIKE! That's a horrible story!!! But, that seems like how it is everywhere now! Hope it gets straightened out! I can't imagine how things will keep going. I got a letter the other day for a small bill from my long sepeis stay in the hospital. I called and got a girl and she told me someone else would call me, it was the other one's account. It was only 11.00 and I still have not gotten a call back from here. I can only think that finally the insurance did pay it!
