Weird breakfast....

The metabolic eating is interesting in that it follows patterns that I'm not used to. I'm not used to doing protein in the morning and planning carb-less dinners is something I'm getting used to. It's good, though, and I can definitely feel that my energy is better through the day. Today will be day 1 of following the eating plan to a T as I've finally finished cleaning out foods that don't line up. Wish me luck!
