Getting ready for next month

With my grandmas health and a few other things, this month has been exhausting. But i did noticed a few things about myself. I havent been craving sweets and when I do have something sweet (cake, cookies, donut) i start to feel sick like its too sweet. I'm also noticing that im craving veggies more.
Next month I'm going to stop with anything with added sugar. If there is something I want that does have some added sugars then im going to watch its portion size. Grilled chicken with grilled white onion is so yummy. Having the onion grilled makes it sweet and i dont have to add ANYTHING to the dish including salt. Same with grilled asparagus. I'm also adding fiber powder to my water to help with my stomach.
I'm looking forward to next month. I'm also going to work towards going to the gym and at home yoga/stretching and some exercises.
