5. Log in daily to report fitness miles and LTGL points. 6 out of 7 days, logged Monday late on Tuesday morning.
I tried a daily log during the Fall Challenge, and just couldn't stick with it. It made me anxious to catch up, and that's counter-productive, so I'll try a weekly report. Maybe that will work better for me.
