Week 1 Summary Winter 2020 5% Challenge

My weekly goals:

1. Jog outdoors 3 times. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

2. Run/jog on the treadmill once. emoticon emoticon

3. Swim, row, or bike for cross training once. emoticon emoticon

4. Do Essentrics/Classical stretch videos at least twice. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

5. Log in daily to report fitness miles and LTGL points. 6 out of 7 days, logged Monday late on Tuesday morning.

I tried a daily log during the Fall Challenge, and just couldn't stick with it. It made me anxious to catch up, and that's counter-productive, so I'll try a weekly report. Maybe that will work better for me. emoticon
