I'm Going to Start With Breakfast

For the next week, I'm going to focus on breakfast. I've been eating mostly cereal lately and it's either sugary or I add sugar. I'm going to do oatmeal with bananas and cinnamon. I already have the oatmeal and I usually put bananas on the shopping list. So that's an easy thing to start with. Then, I'll eat "normal" for the rest of the day.

I figure if I just do breakfast this week, and then add in dinner next week, and slowly swap healthier snacks for my regular snacks, it's a good way to do it slowly. I may leave lunch the way it is, I'm undecided on that. I guess I'll see what it looks like calorie-wise (or macros in general) at that point.

I have 3 big book projects I need to finish. I already got an extension on one, which I need to finish today. I don't think my client was too happy, but I had to go slowly due to the anxiety, which seems to be improving. The second one is pretty easy, so I'll be polishing it up and sending it in today. The third is going to be a lot of work. I'll have to get an extension on that one too. I don't think I had all the required information due to something on her end, so she should be fine with the extension.

It's a lot though. I should have told them all a longer time frame for getting it done. I told them 2 weeks and then I couldn't even get started for the first week, and didn't realize how much time it would take for the one who needed more work. I should have told them 3 weeks to a month. I guess I will know that for next time. I had never offered this kind of service/deal bundle before, even if I had done the work of it on another project in the past. I especially didn't take into account how it would take me longer with health/mental issues going on.
