Day 34: Been Sick

Haven't been feeling well for the past four days or so. Had to take some time to rest, but getting back on the right track this afternoon.
I didn't exercise yesterday, so it was three days off from exercise. Felt pretty off track after that. But got back to exercising this afternoon and did some seated exercises with a resistance band. That felt okay although my knees and side/back are still hurting me. But at least I'm back on track with exercise and feeling a little bit better.
Haven't been tracking my food lately, although eating less. Nutrition has been going pretty okay for the most part. My fat, sodium, and sugars are all down and my carbs are actually under range. Protein is still good. So feel like I'm making progress with my eating at least.
Didn't meditate for a few days, but did a "Mindfulness of the Body" meditation this afternoon. Feel a little off track with my mindfulness practice, the same with everything else, but slowly getting back on track with this as well.
Finished reading the Insanity book and am starting a book called _The World of Tibetan Buddhism_ by the Dalai Lama. Reading is going particularly well right now and making a lot of progress here.
Haven't been listening to podcasts lately but hopefully one tonight. Mostly been resting and reading but plan to get back on track as soon as I can.
Smoked today so planning not to smoke tomorrow. Just to get myself back on track.
Haven't been drinking water lately either. Just really need to get back on track in all aspects.
Not much going on otherwise. Just focusing on getting things back together.
