My Smart Goals for this Challenge.

I have been away from Spark People for a long time (I dropped it when I was having too much trouble keeping up with work, chemo, radiation, and life in general), It has taken me a while to feel as though I am ready to be in a challenge. I feel that way now and I am excited to be doing this!

I decided to use SMART to organize my thoughts. So, these are my goals (specific and action oriented). I plan to meet them at least 5 days per week for the whole challenge (measurable, realistic, and time bound).

As a reward, I plan to give myself 1 uninterrupted hour each week that I complete (you would not believe how rare it is that I seem to give myself time). I will read, “play” with photo albums, or play piano (just me things).

S SIP Sip water and tea. At least 6 cups/day.
M MOVE Move.. At least 5 workouts per week and short walks each day/
A APPRECIATE Appreciate me. Be sure to give myself time to post and participate.
R REST Rest and recharge. Sleep at least 7 hours per night.
T TRACK Track every BLT

I will make a chart to track this (and keep me reminded) on my phone.
