Close the kitchen after supper-can I do it?

One of the guidelines of bright line eating is to only eat 3 meals a day and no snacks. I have acid reflux and I am an emotional eater. If I got stressed at night I wanted to stuff my face. I have had stomach problems for 5 days. I have been very careful about not eating and only things on the BananaRiceApplesauceToast diet(brat). I noticed that my acid reflux- worse now when sick sends me to the kitchen. Because I was sick I sipped cold water, I realize that some of my desire for sweet things has been to get that yucky taste out of my mouth.
I am going to drink water instead. Emotional eating is what gets me off track. Telling myself the kitchen is closed will be my first step. Second I’ll drink cold water. Third I will pray. If it’s not late at night I will go to the gym and exercise or listen to music then read.
