"I'm not saying we are getting old, but we should not stand in place for too long!"

The message is clear: Keep moving!. Why sit around lifeless-growing stale like a day old doughnut-- emoticon Any more my mantra is: KEEP MOVING SO THE BUZZARDS DON'T ZERO IN ON YOU!

Tomorrow is promised to no one--But we don't have to rush the inevitable by being too serious and acting glum. Answer truthfully: Do you like hanging out with a sour puss and being exposed to excessive crankiness? (Remember that both happiness and grouchiness are contagious)

Did you know laughter can increase your longevity? Means you could live longer. Laugh if you deem living longer important. If not---just ignore.

"People who laugh actually live longer than those who don't laugh.
Few people realize that health actually varies according to the amount
of laughter." ~James J. Walsh~

I think I bought more time--as I posted this on the community feed and take a listen to what JEANUT had to say: "While working outside, when I see one circling I yell at it "I'm just tired Not dead yet" LOL

A person without a sense of humor is like a wagon without springs. It's jolted by every pebble on the road. ~ Henry Ward Beecher~

"When you laugh or smile it triggers a part of your brain that actually makes you happy."

Warning: Snickering, chuckling, and mixed loud guffaws may become habit forming! And they could possibly prolong you life!

P.S. if you would like more laughter in your day, I invite you to Slightly Off the Wall' team--for fun and games and light-heartedness mixed with brain teasers to keep our minds sharp! Who knows--you just may live longer than expected LOL. Just follow the yellow brick road!
