I am struggling to be good at the store with all the bad things so accessible. Anyone else just staring out feeling like this ? I did pretty good because my husband is also on this new improvement track with me. So, it helped. But, It is hard to know I can't eat like I did last year and get away with it.

    It took me a bit to change my grocery habits. The longer I stuck to my plan the easier it is to stick with nutritious food. I consider this journey as a life style change to better health.

    I make a list at home and stick to it. I also eat a snack before going. Started last week. Seems to be working. I've been checking out the recipes for healthy ideas. Good luck.

    I go through the produce area first and avoid the BAD aisles. Did last night and came home with nearly 100% good stuff. You can do it!
