Happy Wacky Wednesday. Brr, It Cold Outside, yes still in the teen and the wind is really blowing. I really did rush thru chores this morning no only because of the cold, but also the new furniture was being delivered this morning, and I had to move the old out in to the 3 season sun room for the time being. They were just a few minutes late but once here they got everything set up. My recliner is going to need some getting use to. sitting in it right now. It is totally electric, and I keep hitting the wrong button, and scared that this thing is going to roll me up like a pretzel, and I am going to be stuck there. Larry asked me how I like it, and told him it was going to be something I need to get use to, and he said that chair was so old that it was molded to your behind and this one just needs a little breaking in. I am not use to actually having some support where support is needed. It also is a Lift Chair, so as IO get older Maybe tomorrow, that function will come in handy. Absolutely love the sofa, now when the kids come home they also will have a nice sofa to sit on, and enjoy the reclining function. It also comes in 3 section and will be so ease to move as it all comes apart, and slice it back together, shen you get it where you want it. Easy Peasy. The guys really did enjoy the fact that we have an extra wide front door, was a lot easier for them to get everything in. I still just sit here and look at them, first new furniture for at least 20 years, and it feels good.
Not much else happening here, still work a little bit everyday on repairing the backsplash around the stove where we took out that micro-wave. It is a lot of measuring twice, 3 X's and then cutting. So far no mistakes.
My Missions for the day
1. move furniture DONE
2. do a couple loads of laundry DONE
3. fold a put away laundry
4. spot clean where there is a spot from the movers bringing in sofa.
Well, soap almost over and I need to get at these Missions or I will spend the rest of the day right here. Take care and have a GET day. Linda
