Day 7/5

Forgot to blog yesterday -it was exhausting. Today I feel like I may be getting the flu.

I ache everywhere.

My food has been spot on so I don't think it is an auto immune flare but I supposed it could be - sometimes my body hates me.

I have felt heavy all day, like my arms and legs are weighted.

I simply do not have time to be sick. I refuse.

Off to take Nyquil and Occissicocinium
