Day 4 of my new lifestyle

Today I feel really good. I have been dealing with depression since September. It was to the point that I didn't want to get out of bed. I would sleep all day and then be up at night. Last night I was sleeping by 11 pm and up today at 6 am. I worked out for three days in a row and feel great. I know I can lose weight on ww since I did in the past. I just have to remember that this is a lifetime commitment, just because I think I can do it on my own I can't. I've tried that in the past and it didn't work. I will also be attending workshops which I did not do in the past. Have an amazing and healthy day! I'm looking forward to tomorrow

    Good luck fighting your depression. It is such a debilitating disease. Hope you keep doing well. Good luck on your weight loss program. I hope WW does you good. And you are right this is a life time change not just a passing fad. You can do it! emoticon emoticon

    You’ll do it. Sometimes it’s hard cause we beat ourselves up. I have depression also and it can be hard. Just take one day at a time and give yourself credit for your accomplishments for what you have done. An don’t be so hard on yourself.
