I fell off track for a minute again with losing weight. In my coaching session today, it reminded me to think of why I want to lose the weight. Here's why:
1. I don't want to choke/not be able to breathe when I lay down, especially on my back or when I have a respiratory illness.
2. I'm tired of my knees hurting. I want to more easily do the activities I enjoy.
3. I want others to see me how I see myself - an active person who cares about her health. I'm tired of others just seeing the fat, thinking I'm just lazy, realizing that I have hormonal issues affecting my weight.
4. I want to be the hot chic that guys drool over.
