My son fixed my under desk bike by weighting it with 30 lb weights on each side so it doesn't slide so I can sit and work at my desk and exercise at the same time. Makes my chair squeeky though.

I was proud of myself I navigated a church potluck.

Need to plan and prep meals for this week. For me it is easy to do dump and roast food but that is going to get boring quickly for the fam. My son calls that slab of meat and vegetables. Lunch is always leftovers and I am going to start adding a salad to that too and a piece of fruit for later. For 3 weeks they may just have to deal. I want to plan an instapot meal for Wednesday as my husband has scouts. If the pot were ready, I think I could get the older son to start it. I swim on Wednesday nights.

I have checked off my list for the day.

Biggest worry is class starts back tomorrow, work is uber busy so I need to think through my week a bit.

Monday is new people day in all classes and honestly so may be the whole week as we are going to take new students Monday and Tuesday.

Really need a lesson plan for the week with some activities to do.

Monday I will get up and do day 1 of 100 day morning meltdown. Take my bathing suit and towel and music.

I sing a little song - ID, purse, keys, lunch and phone - and bathing suit. to the tune of head, shoulders knees and toes.

I will shower and do my make up and make the bed - there is something about a made bed that motivates me.

I will take my new plan book with me and work on it at WO as it is computer day but if I have new people I will be spending time with them.

I will pack my lunch of salad and leftover lamb and veggies and a snack of almond butter, apple and some celery sticks and have my smoothie and a grapefruit and drink 24 oz of water.

I will drink 20 oz of water with lunch and 20 oz with snack and 24 oz with dinner later. With pill and tooth brushing water that should come close to 100 oz.

I will teach 3 classes and then go to the Y to swim.

Dinner is salmon and veggies, biggest problem is I eat late because swimming gets done at 9:30. I have to stay up till midnight to not eat 2 hours before bed. After dinner I must take my epsom salt bath and log my food and blog- luckily I can do this from the bathtub. Biggest issue for me is getting up and down in the bath tub. Tonight I flooded the floor and hurt my ankle when I slipped sitting down. That is just Monday.

Tuesday I get out at 4 but have Bell Choir and will be home earlier. The rest of the week will be similar to Monday until Friday. I am off Friday but I have a meeting in Indy and it is my deadline for success stories and my quarterly report. But that is my carb meal night - we are having burgers on gf buns and root veggie fries in airfryer and icecream. My next carb night is the following Tuesday - I am thinking gyros - must make my own bread - I eat a platter then on the next Saturday - Maybe homemade pasta and cake. and my last carb meal is on the next Wednesday which is kind of a bummer because it is such a late day but I think we will do sushi and homemade eggrolls, I probably won't swim that night. This is all just thoughts right now. Depends on what I am feeling.
