I'm The One Who Makes The Choices....

I'm the one who makes the choices in my life. I'm the one who shops for food for myself. I'm the one who chooses what to buy. I'm the one who chooses to buy the chips, cookies and other junk food. I'm the one who chooses how much junk food to eat. I'm the one who chooses whether to cook or fast food it. I'm the one chooses to exercise or not.

I'm the one who makes these choices. No one else is responsible.

Towards the end of last year; I started to make better choices. I will keep making better choices.
