My foot pain is almost gone and all joint pain is gone. I feel great! Isn't it amazing what eating correctly does for you.
It really is the 0 sugar that does it. That stops the cravings. Fruit sugar doesn't count, 0 processed sugar.
I am also not eating any starchy vegetable or grain currently and no dairy for 3 weeks with the exception of 4 planned carb meals interspersed.
Having a little trouble doing my exercise today, I must for my accountability group.
I have to do 5 out of 7 days but I didn't do yesterday so I don't want to use up my 2 free days this early. Need to find 45 minutes of activity and take an epsom salt bath tonight - I use this time to also do a different facial every time. Tonight I will do a facial peel.under eye gels
