BLC 42 Smart Goals

My journey on a 12 week challenge has started. My goal is to lose 20 pounds and here's how I'm going to do it:

1. Drink 8 cups of water per day
2. Log food daily
3. Walk 5 miles per week
4. Strength training 2x per week
