I got to the gym with my buddy. We went to the old folks group. He liked it and was surprised that it was as tough for him. I will try to stay with these old folks group and en corporate them into my regular social network. They are nice people and we will fit and make it work. They are changing the day to a Wednesday, which is free in my schedule. I will try to pull Tom along.
Feb 3 is doc PCP day. My goal is to have great blood pressure and weight 210 or under.
My goal is to have exercise daily logged in at a gym or 10000 steps on the fitbit. Concrete goals I will attain.
