Christmas and New Years

Ok. I made it through Christmas and New Years with only a 3 pound weight gain. I think that is pretty good.

NEW EATING PLAN
I am going to start a new eating plan. I am addicted to sugar. I need to break that addiction. I find that I am slowly starting to go back to old habits and I don't want that. In addition, I find that when I eat sugar, I become sleepy. I believe that is a sign of hypoglycemia. So, I need to cut it out of my life.

The new eating plan is from a book called "Protein Power" by Micheal R. Eades, et al. I will post updates as I go along.

MEAL PREPPING
I will also start weekly meal prepping so I don't end up going to the convenience store at lunch and buying junk.
