Homemade lemon ginger marmalade

Hot tea and lemon for very painfully sore throat.

Changed pillow cases PJ's opened two large bedroom windows wide open. It's 47 degrees outside and sunny I need to air this contaminated room out. Disinfected the phone, remote control, night table, and headboard.

I'm it and live all alone. We must be our best own caregivers. It hurts to cough. Lungs filled with green mucus - doing breathing exercises in bed to move the lungs.

Propped up to breath.

I probably have RSV - contagious viral infection that lasts 1 to 2 weeks. I felt this coming on several days ago. I'm not very hungry and praying for sleep.

Go see a doctor...it might just be Pneumonia or pleurisy ...both have....sharp or stabbing chest pains that gets worse when you breathe deeply or cough....shortness of breath, a cough with mucus that is severe..... which you have. Don't wait since diabetics can have other complications for either
I have had both pneumonia and pleurisy last year.....I was in bed for a month with the pneumonia and the pleurisy was extremely painful.
