Wow I didn’t blog a single time last year. Not even once. I know I Intended to blog several times and just never found the time to do so.

2019 I had so much happen and change it Is unreal.

I was getting bored with all of my cardio workouts so in March I decided to start lifting weights with my husband. I immediately fell in love with powerlifting I love growing stronger and it is fun. After golf season was over the summer my friend that I golf with decided to join lifting weights with me So that makes it even more enjoyable and I also have the accountability there.

My oldest started kindergarten which has been a huge change for us in routine but he has learned so much and it is amazing. My baby is finally sleeping through the night so I am getting a bit more sleep which is new to me since I haven’t slept in seven years.

I am starting to get comments from people saying Oh my gosh you look too skinny and that’s kind of been bugging me a bit lately. I ask people if they Think that I look sick and they say no no you just look super skinny be careful and I just get a bit discouraged because I work my butt off watching what I eat and going to the gym at least four times a week so I know that I don’t look sick and I am being careful I think maybe they’re just a bit shocked that I lost the and kept the weight off Through everything that has happened the last three years because I do have a few friends that started this journey with me and they haven’t gone through as much and they’ve gained their weight back. I’m just trying to encourage everybody to live their best life and they get healthy.

I have learned over these last three years that we truly is just a number on the scale and obviously it is important to know how much you weigh if you are in shape and you arent active and fit, But I really need to get off of what a weight means when I started this I was trying to lose 100 pounds and I’m not sure if I lost the extra 30 pounds that I need to get there how I will look.
This year I am going to work on weight loss and toning more.

I found this website in 2006 I was 21 years old and in a horrible relationship and I probably weighed 250 most of my adult life fast forward I’m going to be 35 this month I’m in a wonderful marriage I have three beautiful kids and I weighed about 175 for the entire last year. It is hard to believe that I have stayed with this website and seen all the changes that it is gone through And I’m just hoping that this year I can be an encouragement to more people and show them that it really really can happen I do have all my old blogs on here so you can see that the struggle was real for me also, heck it’s still a daily struggle

    It is super that you have consistently keep your weight down where you want it to be. You are so right with the challenges that you had, (having babies) lost of sleep, it is hard to focus on ourselves. You are young and vibrant, and have a house full of energy running around. Keep doing what you know is best for you and your family. Changing your lifestyle is quite a challenge for most of us, and I see you have mastered it.
