I have gotten away from recording here, but have been pretty good at getting to the gyms. My hip is improving and I don't avert to the fact that it has just been replaced 5 weeks ago. I did my five days straight today. I will get down below 210 by the end of January weight wise. I will encorporate some workout daily, I like the idea of a ten item gym workout daily. My last streak was broken up by Christmas day. I did about 14 days in December.
I have been recording my work outs in an orange and white covered copy book. I will do that and try to build my habit around that. The computer is too distracting and always draws me into 42 different things by way of distraction. I like coming back to this spot it is easy in its own way but not as straight forward a trigger to get up and go.
I liked listening to podcasts while at the gym. I listened to one on habit formation tonight, since it was new years day and everyone was doing their resolutions, me included.
