A new century!
Blessed to be alive, a gift not all receive and so its time to be more purposeful in all I do to make each day count and live my best life!
S - SPECIFICALLY, I want to lose at least 8 lbs in the next 12 weeks.
M - MEASURABLE tracking my measurement, before and after pictures, tracking food and exercise and weekly weigh ins.
A - ATTAINABLE taking time to plan and MAKE my activity a PRIORITY should help me avoid some temptations and " I should haves"
R – REALISTIC Though I wish I could lose it all in 12 weeks I think 8 pounds is realistic and doable! I am going to work within my physical capability, making sure my exercise and diet plan allows for variety to keep me stimulated to push forward.
T - TIME I want to achieve this sub goal over the next 12 weeks.
