New Year, New blah blah blah

It's that time of the year again... Time to make new goals and say "this is the year...". I've done this over and over for the past, what? 16 years? Apparently, I'm not very good at it.
Well, turns out this year isn't that much different in the sense that I'm actually going to try again. Lose weight, get healthy, be a better mom, be a better wife, be a better teacher, etc. I guess improving on ourselves is something we should always strive to do.
So my goals are as follows:
Health
Lose 50+ pounds
Improve stamina
Improve flexibility
Family
Build a better routine
Have a movie night with my girls
Make an effort to spend some alone time with caveman (SO)
Work
Stop procrastinating
Actually work on lesson plans (instead of just half-assing it)
Do at least one hands on demonstration a week
Personal
Stay out of gossip!
Talk less, listen more
Care more about my appearance
Going to stick with it all this year.
