January is named for Janus, a Roman God with two heads as he looks backward to the past and forward to the future. As the new year unfolds, we are as Janus, observing the past year and looking forward to the new.
To solve a problem or to reach a goal, you don't need to know all the answers in advance. But you must have a clear idea of the problem or the goal you want to reach.
