Update: What have I been doing?

Well, I am still reading the Secrets of the Eating Lab, it is a hard read though and is getting me thinking about my thought process and connecting it with my eating habits. I'll be posting chapter 4 soon. Soon, it'll get into the how to focus on lifestyle changes rather than diet plans to follow short term.
I found some videos on Bullet Journaling -- they make journaling look so artist and uncomplicated. But, for me, I am choosing to set up a plain looking one using my computer and printing out the pages for a three ring binder.
I am setting up my 2020 journal with a gratitude theme and one thing I want to track is gratitude. I seem to be lacking in this area in my life and I am surrounded by negative people. I am too easily influenced by their negativity and need to offset it. So, while I was looking for a cool looking page for my Bullet Journal, If found this:
It is not "cool" looking but it has prompts for me to get started on thinking that "Hey, my life isn't as bad as I think it is."
