Hello again!

I am BACK! I have lost some more weight since I last posted (overall, I have gotten rid of 35 pounds since 1/2019). It’s VERY slow weight loss, but I don’t plan to ‘find’ these pounds again, so I guess that’s good. I joined the WW Program last May, and it is working for me. I decided I will get back on SP, for the motivation AND I really missed the macros in the food log. (They got me thinking of how I was spending my calories and how that was helping or harming me with regard to my weight loss goals.) It’s good to be back and read about the progress you all are making!
