81st Weekend Fasting Cycle (Back to 2 meals a day, skipping lunch)

The fast went without a hitch. It ended at around the 60 hr mark. I'll close out the year at 82 fasts.
I have changed my eating day schedule since last week. I'll eat 2 meals per day including breakfast. I've done 2 meals per day before but I was skipping breakfast. Then I switched to 3 meals per day with breakfast, then I gained weight. I'm going to switch back to 2 meals per day with breakfast and skip lunch.
I have breakfast at around 8:15 AM, then I'll eat my second meal around 4 PM. I may snack at noon depending if I'm hungry. But I found that if I eat more fat like this morning, I don't get hungry at all even at 4 PM. But I will eat anyway as I don't want to eat late. So my plan from now on is two meals a day with breakfast at 8 and the 2nd meal at 4. This will mean 10 meals per week.
Starting this week, I'll also do fresh lemonade (2 lemons) with maple syrup daily. I've also been eating Gouda/Jarlberg cheese daily for at least 2 months.
