For over 10 years, I have experienced the shooting pain of neuropathy in my feet and ankles. Those pains are gone. I have been working out with The Classical Stretch program and Miranda Esmond-White. Her 23-minute simple stretching routines have improved my body and circulation. I love the workouts and the beautiful locations that the workouts are held. I recently joined a 90-minute yoga class. I hope to see my BP go down because of it. The glue that holds my program together is SparkPeople every morning. This program reminds me that I need to balance my exercise routine with healthy eating and drinking my water daily. I also read articles on subjects that matter to my health and find healthy recipes here as well.
My progress is made because of what I do on a regular basis. I don’t always feel like working out, but I do it anyhow. You could say that I’m making “Routine Progress” because of my daily and weekly commitments. If I want to be able to hike and play with my grandkids, I have to keep my commitment to my health. The best way to get old and see my body fall apart is to be too busy to take care of me.

1. Put on your workout clothes early in the AM
2. Get up 30 minutes early to get in your workout.
3. Eat a healthy breakfast and plan healthy meals.
4. Drink your water!
5 Visit SparkPeople every day, track your food and exercise.
