doing a few things

Exercise for an hour 4 days a week. Being sure to drink 8 glasses of water starting with 2 cups with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Eating in calories range most days. I am not sleeping as well as I would like as usually wake between 4:30 and 5 am but I slept good on a really bad hide-a-bed when on vacation. I have gotten back into the habit of watching tv until bedtime so plan starting tonight to turn off the tv and computer about an hour before bed. As long as I keep losing I will just stay with these items on my to do list. I can do this.
I went to the water fit class and we had the really great instructor. I did tell the staff up front how great he is and hope that he can become our permanent instructor. I've been told that the instructor that I had a problem with hadn't been back since I left class and complained about her. So we will see what happens next year. Someone said they thought the lady who had a baby was coming back but you never know.
Didn't really do much of anything yesterday and other than exercise this morning not a lot today. I seem to be doing ok on weight so far this week but you just never know if it will continue or not. Do my best every day and not going to stress. Haven't taken measurements the last couple of months since my weight has been up but hope to go back to doing that next month.
