Talking myself into exercising-again

I'm starting to slack on exercise. Maybe it is because there is just so much to do before Christmas.
For Christmas the family draws names to see who they buy presents for. Then we decided to do the stockings by couples, or me by myself. So nine gifts/candy for all (nine stockings).
So I'm doing mine and dad's, since he is unable. Thank goodness for online and Amazon shopping.
Anyway, I need to get walking again. It's been a couple days. Sunday had stomach bug, so I didn't do any exercise. If I don't do something I will just fade out on exercise all together.
Maybe I will clear off the treadmill and start on that. I have to get moving or my weight will come back on, oops, I did go up .6 on Saturday. My weight is stuck in a rut.
OK, this isn't a very good blog, but it is early and I'm trying to get myself in a positive mood to work out.
Stress, Stress go away, and never come back any other day. emoticon

    Just walking for 10 minutes is exercise. Have a good day and just move so your muscles remember to work.

    Don't give up! I was sick the whole month of February off & on a couple of years ago, then we traveled some, then I had a conference to go to . . . kept telling myself I needed to get back to the gym. This past Sept I did. Never too late!!
