Good morning everyone.
I have been working hard at following my challenges for my team. This week was a bit of an emotional roller coaster at work and I left on Friday feeling drained. I am hoping that we can move forward and heal. I realized this weekend just how much my job has been impacting my life outside of school. I have gained 10 pounds since August. I am taking back my life starting yesterday. I am working on loosing the weight and finding a balance between work and home.
Today's goals are:
* finish Christmas shopping
* plan meals for next week
* exercise - 20 minutes of Strength training and 30 minutes of Cardio
